#14NTC: We came, we presented, we threw a party

By: Kirsten Kippen

Last week Idealist Consulting headed to Washington D.C. along with about 2000 nonprofit clients, consultants, and vendors for NTEN's 14NTC conference. Here are some glimpses from our week - more photos here.

One of the best parts of the conference was getting the chance to catch up with old clients and partners and, of course, meet new ones as well. Here's Matthew from our team with the roundCorner/Salesforce Foundation/StayClassy crew:

We presented at two sessions, the Salesforce Salon and the Big Ideas Panel on CRM Adoption. Here's Matthew and Ken from Heller Consulting at the Salesforce Salon.

This was one of the best sessions of the conference (in our humble opinion, ahem) with small break-out tables for topics such as fundraising, user adoption, and events. Great conversations bubbled up around de-duplication and Cumulus, and nonprofit users got the chance to really get in the weeds with great questions effecting them on a daily basis.

And then, of course, we threw our NPO Engagement Party. We had over 200 people show up to celebrate with us at New Heights Restaurant. In the words of one attendee, "This was the classiest, best catered, most interesting party I attended. Thank you for your hard work and brilliance." We blush! Here's the party hosts, Kirsten and Matthew, at the photo booth.

Check out the photo booth video roll and save your spot for the Dreamforce edition of our party here.

Thanks to NTEN for throwing a great conference!
