An Idealist since 2018, Rochelle is passionate about using technology to help communities thrive. They make Traverse City, Michigan their home where they enjoy hiking with their dog Jackson, and play bass guitar in the pit orchestra for musicals.

Ahmed's favorite part of his job is that he finds genuine joy in working with mission-driven organizations. When he's not at work, he likes to cook, skateboard, and tell terrible jokes.

Alison is a longtime Portlander who worked for many years in nonprofits locally and in Latin America that focus on economic development and racial justice. An Idealist since 2018, Alison has her MBA from Bainbridge Graduate Institute and is a passionate cook and gardener.

Lisa joined Idealist Consulting with a passion for people management. She believes that when the consulting team has the resources and support they need, clients benefit. Born and raised in Portland, Lisa loves exploring the Pacific Northwest - from the mountains to the coast, to the high desert.

Rob was inspired to build Idealist Consulting in 2006 after more than a decade working with international development and disaster relief organizations. Rob enjoys cheering on our company kickball team and helping other businesses think about how they can be more progressive, to that end Rob offers speaking engagements around corporate ethics.

As a Developer, Vic loves that no two days are the same and that he gets to work on projects from the comfort of his home. Based in San Anselmo, California, Vic loves to spend time with his family, cook, and work on the always present construction project.

Kirsten came to Idealist Consulting in 2013 with a diverse background in international education, project management, and marketing. She is our in-house expert on marketing automation and gets out into the mountains at every chance she gets.

Allie has a knack for problem-solving and breaking down roadblocks to provide solutions for our clients. When she’s not finding great solutions for clients, you might catch her foraging for mussels at the Oregon coast, or home trying an in-depth cooking experiment.

Grant joined Idealist Consulting in 2016 after several years of working in international development, including 2 years serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia. Based in rural Montana, when his head isn’t buried in data, he can be found wandering his home mountains either on skis, bike, or foot.

Luis loves making sure that nonprofits receive the right content that will help them use technology to increase their impact and serve their missions. When not in the office, he’s usually out taking photos, exploring the Pacific Northwest, or trying out a new place to eat.
