As a Developer, Vic loves that no two days are the same and that he gets to work on projects from the comfort of his home. Based in San Anselmo, California, Vic loves to spend time with his family, cook, and work on the always present construction project.

Allie has a knack for problem-solving and breaking down roadblocks to provide solutions for our clients. When she’s not finding great solutions for clients, you might catch her foraging for mussels at the Oregon coast, or home trying an in-depth cooking experiment.
Grant joined Idealist Consulting in 2016 after several years of working in international development, including 2 years serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia. Based in rural Montana, when his head isn’t buried in data, he can be found wandering his home mountains either on skis, bike, or foot.
Luis loves making sure that nonprofits receive the right content that will help them use technology to increase their impact and serve their missions. When not in the office, he’s usually out taking photos, exploring the Pacific Northwest, or trying out a new place to eat.
