April 21, 2014—PORTLAND, OR—Idealist Consulting announced that JOHN LICATA has accepted the position of Director of Client Insights and Satisfaction, where he will ensure client satisfaction throughout deployments, providing recommended action plans to improve current process to drive client retention. He works out of our Kansas City satellite office. John has been a part of Idealist Consulting since 2006 as one of our leading CRM Architects, working with our nonprofit clients on database deployments managing configuration, data migration, integration, project management and training.
