FIND THE PARADE AND STEP IN FRONT OF IT
Chatter, (Salesforce’s Gchat on steroids) is being projected to become the primary interface for Salesforce CRM. Why you ask? Probably a few reasons. First, mobile phone usage has now become the primary access to the cloud so it should be little surprise that Salesforce.com is looking to connect with that trend. Second, simple UI is key to adoption…no better way to do that than build an interface that is simple enough to be leveraged on a mobile device. Third, everyone else is doing it.
